It took a month for me to get a responce that my order was back ordered .then another month for it to ship

Service great but lowered the stars because of shipping prices. I do appreciate the great care in packaging so our jars arrived intact!

The first time I ordered it came very quickly for Father's Day. Then you had a July 4th coupon and said order now so you can get it before July 4th, so I did. Now it's coming two weeks later. Wasn't very happy.

Love the coffee but want the option of ordering less amount of boxes

While I love the product the shipping costs are way too high. Be sure and check before you order!
