Excellent source for hatch chile. Weirdly the chimayo salsa has no chimayo red chile in it. I just get the chopped green and red from the Chopped chile company and green chile from New Mexico’s Gold. I’m so happy I found this site, now I have another source aside from carrying frozen Bueno home on the airplane Thank you
