Great oolong; this tea is one of my favorites! The mouthfeel is smooth, and the flavor is the perfect balance between a green and red tea (albeit slightly more oxidized like a red tea). I highly recommend it.

Overall, I had a very positive experience. My first order was placed just before the weekend, so it wasn't shipped until the beginning of the following week. I would have appreciated a faster dispatch, but everything else was excellent. The teas were packed in light-proof bags sized appropriately for each order, and each of those was placed inside an additional resealable zip-lock bag for extra protection. I also liked that orders over a certain amount allow you to choose a free gift from a dedicated section on the website. On top of that, the company included a complimentary tea sample (around 25 grams), which was a nice surprise. The teapots arrived in sturdy cardboard boxes and were additionally wrapped in protective bubble wrap. Everything arrived safely and in perfect condition.

Pricing and shipping were great, very impressed also with the amount of product you can order. My local tea shop wouldn’t sell me this product since it’s sometimes hard to get ahold of.
