This ripe pu-erh really impressed me. Rich, smooth broth with a nice earthy-sweet character and no unpleasant fishy notes — very clean for a young shou. Good body and thickness even in the early steeps, holds up well through many infusions, and the aftertaste is pleasantly warming. Great value for the quality. Will definitely be ordering more from Yunnan Sourcing!

Oh I LOVE this tea. I bought 500 grams and regret nothing. It is like a dark roasty dark chocolate hot chocolate thing. Loves a zhuni teapot & boiling water. Big leaves give so much depth to it. For the price it is an incredible daily drinker, and is for me like a morning cup of coffee in how I use it. Really really good. If it wasn’t so hard for me to not drink it all, I’d set some aside for long term storage, I’d love to see what years would do
