We have an amazing time trying out the different combinations of ingredients turned in to chocolate. It's a journey indeed.

Each truffle, each bar, is a perfect combination of flavors. Many have surprising ingredients, horseradish, for example. So they're a surprise as well as a delight.

For presents and special occasions I have been buying Vosges chocolates close to when they started and every chocolate has been a gastronomic delight.
