Ordered USN Hyperbolic Mass Strawberry Cheesecake 6kg in Jan 2026 and received Vanilla instead. The replacement was also Vanilla both sealed. Customer service delayed gave incorrect order info and refused a straightforward refund. Very poor handling of a basic mislabelling issue.

Chocolate whey taste and smells like plastic Wouldn’t recommend this flavour

Horrible taste/ texture. I did not enjoy this product whatsoever, which is ashame due to the price. I only had one shake out of the tub and I can’t bring myself to have another. No pain, no gain doesn’t apply this time.
