I have no complaints. Arrived in time and exactly what I ordered

Purchased the SodaStream Terra system in 2023; also bought spare PC bottles and bulk supplies of various flavoured syrups - mostly lemonade and/or lime. The Terra is easy to use and takes up a relative small footprint; cylinder insertion and removal is simple (single lever action; no knobs or screws); I have just recently used SodaStream’s own cylinder exchange process because of unreliability with 3rd party suppliers and so far the experience has been great. SodaStream delivers to my door and I return used cylinders in the same box via Purolator at no cost to me. My range of flavours has been admittedly narrow, but the tastes are consistent and not overpowering and generally v pleasant. I wondered initially if the “novelty effect” of SodaStream would wear off after time but it hasn’t. In addition our purchase of the “big brand” bottled water is now practically zero. All in all - a good decision.

Excellent product

We lost our Soda Stream power cord during a recent move. I called and was sent a new one promptly and without charge. Excellent service.
