Shipped via free shipping coupon and took about 5 days from order to receiving despite the holiday. Product was well packed and arrived safely.

I had some issues at with their roasts as my previous roaster went out of business. I am pretty picky since my old roaster was super good. The emails took a while to be answered - I think they’re pretty busy. So when the answers did come, they coached me VERY well into the roast style I’d enjoy, the coffee types and brewing instructions for their particular product. I couldn’t be more happy with the coffees they’ve roasted for me! Thanks for the coaching!

Okay shipping timing. Still seems to take longer to ship then it used to
