This tea has definitely helped me to feel more balanced. My main use is for hormone balance and although it’s only been a couple of weeks, I can feel an improvement in my mood and I’m not feeling as lethargic. Very strong smell/taste of cloves, but not a problem if you like cloves.

It’s got a very subtle taste, so I sometimes brew it for a bit longer than the suggested time. Really nice quality and a great start to loose leaf tea for me!

I purchased a number of infusions as Christmas presents. Opening the packaging to check them on arrival was a delight. If the smell is any indication, the tea will go down well. Good value, well packaged, good quality, worth the time researching and going with Rosie Lea Tea.
