Love the customer rind snacks have me

The snacks are delicious, which is why I keep buying them. However, one came empty. I reached out to customer service and thought they did not respond. So I left a marginal review. However, Rind did try to respond. After that review, they were able to get in contact with me and fix the issue. I am so excited to find a delicious snack with a company that backs their product!

I love these snacks and I had one bad bag that I sent a review in for. You guys were so kind and sent me a box of treats to make up for them which was so thoughtful.

After buying a product that we were disappointed in, Alexa sent us a package with new snacks to try. The package came and we dug right in! Redemption, thank you so much! We thoroughly enjoyed these snacks! & will definitely be on the lookout for these products🥳💗💯👍👍

Extremely responsive when I contacted customer service! Love, love, love them prompt interaction and resolution of the issue! They went above and beyond in making it right! Absolutely love the products! All the Rind Flavors! Was so excited to find this brand since it is so hard to find dried fruit without all the “bad extras” that are usually added in the ingredients! Thank you so much and I will definitely be buying more and telling others!
