I first was introduced to these products that buying a bag at Costco. I was looking for a healthy alternative to my current products. I am a 74 year old lady with a lot of joint pain. Not my imagination within 2 weeks of eating everyday I feel so much better. More energy, less sluggish, and overall less inflammation. I am telling everyone about her products. I am a fan for life.
