Oxygen Plus

I started using canned Oxygen between Sets during Weight workouts. It has really enhanced my recovery in the hot humid climate here in Florida, especially since I lift outside. Where's the oxygen, couldn't tell anything but compressed air coming out! Didn't use most of my order as didn't seem any help! I've used oxygen in hospital before and could feel it? Disappointed !
