These cookies were very easy to make. I added some chocolate chips and chopped pecans and it made exactly 2 dozen. My husband loved them! I was worried about the texture but it was perfect, crispy edges and soft center.

I made one batch of cookies. I added chocolate chunks and half walnuts. There was no gritty taste. They were delicious! Best flour yet.

Best of the gluten free flours I have used. Learning to cook and bake gluten free has many challenges. Taste, texture and the ability to create favorite recipes are something I strive for. Most brands of gf flour I have tried didn't pass. Otto's had been number one now for over a year. Happy I can order online instead of trying to find it locally. The Otto's tortillas recipe was great. Taste, texture was perfect and best of all it didn't fall apart while filled and eaten.

I am in LOVE with this cookie mix. I love the flexibility of what to add. I've made them with coconut oil and with ghee instead of butter and both tasted amazing. Get creative and enjoy!
