Love your having this ❤ because many years ago when I was with my (original)Family Physician Dr.William J Salter he said He i needed to find out what kinds of flours would work best for me and I had part ASD issues before they called it that so I love making Kate's Egg Free Waffles and Pop Tarts ! I just substitute Wild Maine Blueberry from Stonewall Kitchen instead of Strawberry since I'm allergic to strawberries and I make several batches of the Waffles and do the recipe 2x for the pop tarts and it makes 12 for me! Yummy in the tummy Thank you and Little Otto too!

Best cassava flour! I weigh it and have great results. I make Russian tea cakes, aka snow balls with my original recipe and they are awesome!

I made the banana bread and pumpkin bread from the website, and it turned out wonderful. So far, I have been very happy with this product. Please keep posting more recipes.

Your cassava flour has been a part of our Christmas celebration. I have made the most delicious cookies that everyone can enjoy. No one knows that the are so much healthier. They are just eating them up. Kudos to you, Otto’s for a fine product!
