The meat quality is the best! It reminds me of the awesome meat cuts our parents got and served us as kids. The flavor is delicious and the meat tender! Other than a few packaging concerns when a few steaks had their plastic cut wrong and the meat was open to air, the overall quality is excellent. We now purchase every month and have rec you to our friends. TY!!!
