Naturlax

The website is easy to navigate; so many choices. The phone reps provide great service and followed up with an e-mail. The smattering of colored dust inside the cellophane on each package, let's you get a whiff. I'm rather pleased with Naturlax. I was tired of fighting to find a product by another manufacturer. My only issue - calling and specifying my order is with your company. Otherwise, the shipping details would be different.

Weak flavor when mixed. Sugar alcohol creates gas.

Good product but very expensive.

There was a postcard explaining that some free packets were enclosed in my last order, but there weren't any in the box. I wrote twice asking for the packets of product that was promised to me, but I never got a response. I do like the product. The packets seem handy for travel.

I have IBS and usually take an unflavored psyllium laxative which helps control my symptoms. Since I have begun taking Naturlax I have noticed a little more abdominal distention and some mild gas pain. I am wondering if it might be related to the sugar alcohol sweetener. I love the flavors, but might have to go back to the plain unsweetened variety.
