In order to make this yourself (based on the recipe I know) costs $20 for 1 liter, plus several hours in the kitchen! Why not just buy this??? Everyone wins. Fantastic product & I will buy more again. The shipping to Hawaii is extremely high ($60 shipping for an $80 order) but if you live in continental USA then it’s cheap. I’d like to know out of curiosity what fermenting agent they use. Traditionally rice syrup has been made in Korea with malted barley powder; so the syrup is brown, even with white rice.

The spearmint flavor powder is amazing! It is very concentrated and I’m so appreciative to find it. It makes my morning barley and alfalfa grass juice, taste delicious. Thank you for making organic products!!!
