The service and shipping have been great for me, & very professional. I live in FL and so far have always gotten my orders within an expected timeframe. Seems like a good company overall. Most of the flavors are awesome; a couple of them are a miss for me, but it's okay I am still glad I tried. I also really like that I get "points" for purchases, so the last time I ordered I was able to get about $5 off or so. Really nice!
