I seriously am just so in love with their customer service team! Terri & Pslam have been beyond amazing, kind, considerate, generous and just everything and anything you could want from a brands customer service team! Their shipping is pretty fast despite it being UPS ground and I think the final end is delivered via USPS but don't quote me on that I could be wrong or confused. But their subscriptions are wonderful and priced great! I didnt even realize I had stacked up so many points and am so grateful to have realized that when I needed a fat discount the most! Since I'm on a budget and wanted to get some of my faves before they're discounted :( So sad about that but looking forward to finding out what's coming on the next few months! So will be sticking around when I initally thought this would be the end of my teadrops journey but def won't be!
