Ordering and shipping process was fine. Just the product did not meet expectations.

All went well. Both daughters loved their presents. Arrived on time and fine

The assam tea is AMAZING its so smokey and yum and aahh wish it was in a sugar version but I added my own. Such a great box with my assam, match, and chocolate earl gray.

Quick shipping

Except for usps delivery all went great, obviously not your fault. Delivery delayed after her birthday because they kept on sending it to wrong post office. When it finally arrived she was very happy
