Items arrived as ordered, great packaging.

I’ve been with this company since the beginning and have never had a shipping issue till this last Christmas. An item came damaged and as it was a present, I contacted customer service. I had a new shipping notice within hours, and to my complete surprise, when I received the new shipment, they had given me a whole case(6 boxes!!) of the strawberry matcha latte kits!! I was able to give my present, keep a box for me, then took the remaining boxes to work to share with all my coworkers. Hopefully they will all place orders as they were so impressed which how this was handled! Thank you so much and boy was it yummy!!
