The best customer service. I ordered a gift box for my nephew-but gave the wrong address for him. When I realized my mistake I called Chicago Steak Co and a young man named Alex, (I think) was very kind and helpful to me. My nephew got the gift and loved it. My husband and I have enjoyed Chicago steaks since our daughter gave them to us. Thank you so much!
