I've been sending Chicago Steak Company steak gift packages during the holidays for several years now and all those who have received them have been very pleased and said the quality was outstanding.

I've gotten nothing but excellent service from this company. I will continue to order from them.

I ordered a steak sampler for my son for Christmas. It was delayed during shipment, no fault of Chicago Steak, and was finally delivered the day after Christmas. My son said steaks were warm to the touch and per your website, there was a guarantee that the steak package would be replaced if any issues. It was replaced and delivered on 1-3. My son said that steaks came still frozen and look delicious. Thank you for the excellent response and support.
