The meat was great. Was a little disappointed in the tomahawk steak, as it was not 32ounces of meat because of the bone. But the flavor was great. From now on I’ll order the boneless steaks so I get the meat in the ounces and nit the weight of bones. Even though my dog loved it. Nice flavor over all. Loved the aged meat.
