After purchasing several orders of the gourmet half-pound steak burgers from the Chicago Steak Company over the last few years, we decided to try the brisket burgers this time. Wow. My wife and I both agree it's the best burger we've ever had! I grill it for 4 min per side in a 650 degree charcoal grill and it comes out a perfect minimum with the perfect char. And I feared it might have an overriding brisket flavor like after you've smoked a slab of brisket but before you put on the BBQ sauce, but not at all. It just tasted like a delicious juicy burger, on a toasted brioche bun with cheddar cheese and sliced stacker pickles. I'll definitely be buying more!!!
