Long delivery pre Christmas-nearly didn’t get here before the 25th and a major product quality issue. Unlikely to return on current form

Rubbish. Will not use you again

You take far too long to deliver things in this day and age! Consumers expect next day delivery and we seem to be able to get it from everyone else. Why do you take so long??
