Scotch as expected, poor customer service, website states 3 - 7 days for delivery, arrived after 11 days. Wanted this scotch for an event, if I had known it would take this amount of time would have paid for express delivery. Poor communication.

first time i used malts.com order was quite a long time getting to me because of stock issues then when back in stock they had label issue`s slowed up receiving my order but enjoyed my whiskey once received.

Please sort your postal delivery's out you're taking too long to send them. Products are top quality and so can your service be if you just iron that out please.
