Malt was dispatched quickly, though delayed because of the Royal Mail strike. Packaging was very secure. I bought this as a gift for my husband and the bottle was supposed to be signed. At point of order I was never asked what should be etched, which was a little disappointing. He still loves the malt though.

The company was very helpful due to the postal strike
