Great Posole seasoning!!

I bought some Green Chile Powder after seeing a recipe calling for it. I couldn't find it anywhere except Made in NM. It is delicious! It arrived quickly and we made a chicken dish with it. It doesn't replace having fresh chile but it is a fantastic spice to keep in the rotation.

Everything arrived promptly and in great condition. The one exception was chips that arrived crushed. When I mentioned it to the company, they immediately sent another bag. All of the items are of high quality, we have made many purchases from this company, and have always been pleased.
