way tooo expensive

I have not received this product. I have not been given any concrete information (including tracking information) about when I will receive this product and all email correspondence with the customer service has been vague and has not given me a straight answer. I'm really disappointed because I wanted to enjoy this and it's been a real hassle to get any basic information. A shame.

4 months to get this. I emailed about it then I got it in three days. They definitely forgot to mail it to me. Silly product.
