The product is fantastic. However, difficulties with delivery and shipping caused the product to be delivered almost a month after I placed the order. I understand that the pandemic has made logistics extra difficult. But the big delay is why I am giving the experience 4 stars instead of 5.

Received order in a timely matter.

Love the idea. Shipping was slower than expected. Bottles, art, and look of the liquid was great. Ultimately these had no bite and couldn’t possibly resemble liquor how I drink it. Straight with/without rocks. Maybe if you mixed this in a cocktail with some bitters and other items it might pass. I had really hoped for greatness. Good luck on future recipes and I recommend you add some bite.

I love this product, but the shipping is truly terrible. My second to last order broke in transit, and the company didn’t even notify me. I had to reach out to them to get a refund. I placed another order to replace the broken one, and this one came to me wet. Unclear if there is a leak in the bottle somewhere, or if it was just packaged that way. Either situation should be unacceptable for the quality that this company is trying to uphold.
