I love Lyre's mixed cocktails. Sometimes I just don't feel like drinking and having a G&T or Amalfi Spritz can really hit the spot. I'd kind of like to see non-carbonated pre-mixed cocktails like a Negroni or Old Fashioned or Martini. I know y'all offer mixology classes but having it pre-mixed and ready to put into a glass with some ice would be awesome.
