I’ve been purchasing Lenny and Larry’s products for awhile and was not happy with this recent purchase. The crunchy cookies were all soft and stale feeling like they were packaged warm. Their taste was fine but really hard to chew. The “new look same taste” on the big cookies was not true at all. The double chocolate cookie had next to no chocolate flavor. I’ve had them in the past and they had a deep fudgy brownie flavor, but this cookie was dry and bland. The chocolate chip tasted better but was also powdery dry. The snickerdoodle faired best but didn’t have the “new look” branding. After this purchase, I’m not rushing back to order any time soon.
