Delish! A special Christmas treat as a thank you. I purchased for myself last year and knew they would be received well. However they have gone up significantly in price and I won't be buying them as treats next year. They are now too expensive. I can't justify it.

The chocolate of course was predictably yummy. What really sent me into orbit (in a good way) was the customer service. My order was primarily gifts for friends, but I'd popped in a little treat for me. Unfortunately, there was an error in packing (hey, we're all human) and my treat didn't arrive. Koko Black bent over backwards to ensure I was happy with the resolution, offering several possible options (including shipping the missing block). I kinda wanted my lil treat, so I took that option, but did express that I was aware that it seemed quite the effort for a small block of chocolate. Well, it arrived today, along with a second block and some truffles. I never expected anything like this and am completely blown away. Koko Black, your customer service and care is among if not the best I've ever experienced. All I need you to do is open a shop in Geelong! :)
