I was amazed by how I felt. I thought that I might be tired or have low energy... I thought I would feel hungry. I loved the drinks and the frequency was really good for me... I was never uncomfortable. I did have a pretty quiet 5 days but felt energised and light... and happy throughout. (The morning of day 4 was my only wobble and that passed). After the cleanse I am not craving sugar/chocolate at all & I am craving clean healthy food. That was my goal... a reset. Thank you.
