Karmic Cold Pressed Juice

Karmic allowed me to change the delivery date at the last minute. The delivery driver was accommodating offering to carry my boxes of juices into my home.

So much fun Doing the 3 day juice. I dropped 4 kg and really loved it as I new what I was going to eat each day Super easy to stick too and didn’t get hungry at all Just stick to the 90 minutes and be content with the juice and remember it’s ok to feel hungry it’s a good feeling to have And this makes you appreciate food I will be doing a 7 day juice soon as I liked how I felt
