Karmic Cold Pressed Juice

All went according to plan. Karmic were also very good at providing answers and solutions when I had organised delivery a day too early.

I signed up to this cleanse because I was going through a period where everything I ate was making me sick. Nausea, abdominal distention, and flu-like symptoms. The gut cleanse was pretty effective - after 3 days I can eat mostly normally again and I lost 3kgs of inflammation and water retention. I combined the Karmic juices with some of my own herbal teas and I did colonic hydrotherapy on day 1 to further support my system. I would definitely use them for any juice-fasting I decide to do in the future - they were high quality, very low fructose, and not shipped in plastic. A+. Recommended.
