I have just completed the 7 days juice cleanse definitely go for the pumpkin soup it is amazing and just something different to the juices

It was definitely challenging but after only three days my sugar/chocolate cravings have gone and not come back. I have always had a huge sweet tooth and struggled with cravings but now i feel in control. Thanks Karmic
