This was my first order with Judee's and will be my last. The coconut flour I received was opened, had no label indicating a lot number or best by date, and the labels that were on the package were splotchy and old looking. The package looked like it was either a return, sitting in a warehouse for a long time or both. I contacted customer service with photos of this item and their response was "we're sorry for the inconvenience." Not "we're sorry this happened, how can we make this right for you?" I cannot recommend Judee's, nor will I be giving Judee's any more of my money because it's abundantly clear that they do not stand behind the quality of their product. I would be even more livid if I had actually spent money on the coconut flour (it was a promo on the website) since it would have been $18 wasted on an issue entirely out of my control. I cannot take the chance of spending money with Judee's in the future to have the same thing happen again.
