As a former coffee shop owner and experienced barista I consider myself a coffee connoisseur! It’s been difficult to find a coffee company that roasts its beans perfectly AND uses organic beans. Well Joshua Tree gets an A+!! The moment you open the bag the aroma is glorious. The beans have a slightly oily appearance and are roasted to perfection. Our favorite is the Breakfast Bliss. Mmmmmmm……We grind them and use them in our French press and it’s amazing how perfectly the coffee penetrates the water and makes the smoothest most delicious coffee ever. Thank you Joshua Tree for infusing ❤️ into your beans!
