We've always received prompt service. The products seem to vary as to quality or perhaps it is simply a difference in personal taste. We've had some very good meals and others, not so much. But we will continue with our favorites and try new ones as they are available.

Your weakness in the past was not including enough dry ice in the shipping. You have remedied this and all items were frozen in the last few shipments. It would be great if you would just combine all your catalogs/ companies into one. If I can’t remember an item then I have to go into the other company to look it up. Also a “my favorites list“ would be nice for reordering. Your company has a diverse list of vendors and products. Some of your food packaging says made in France. Can’t these food products be made in the good d ole USA? It would be better environmentally and economically. Your food products are very good and provide a change anytime, but especially for those of us who don’t go into grocery stores to eye new products during this time of Covid 19 and are not cooking as much as before.

All good but my friend did NOT receive the note I had requested, which had the names. If I hadn't asked, he would have thought it was only from me as my name was the only one on invoice (fortunately the price wasn't included).
