you do not put enough dry ice in summer when you ship to AL. I try not to order for 6 months ou of the year because it arrives defrosted

Excellent packing and shipping. Since you have changed to UPS delivery is so much better. My food arrives in a day or two and the food is still frozen. I have to say that when I fill out a review the discount codes don’t work on my next order.
