Everything was thawed, but no surprise due to the delivery problems - they were salvageable. The only thing I was disappointed in was the misinformation of the duck breasts. The offering was for two 7 oz. breasts, but both of mine were labeled 5 oz. When I called customer service they said they send 5-7 oz. portions. It doesn't say that in the catalogue and if you added one more ounce, I would've had a 3rd. breast. They gave me a 20% refund, but I won't order them again. If they're labeled 5 oz on the package, I don't see why I could'nt have received two 7 oz. packages since they're labeled.

Package arrived in great condition! The soups were very good but could be better.

Arrived in time for my sister's family Thanksgiving dinner. Unfortunately, she forgot all about having what I sent her. She said it's still in the freezer & hopes (remembers) to have it during Christmas season. So, I can write a review later on her impression when she lets me know.
