Gros Manseng/SB blend from Horgelus domaine is terrific value & brings this little known area of the Haute Pyrenees/Gers into a deserved limelight....it gives plenty of citrus, aromatic tastes & aromas to food like duck, salads,chicken traybakes....& is exceptional also for aperitifs to everyday drinking....make it your house white...just leave some left for me for future orders ! Hourlier source is to be highly commended....trust their French knowledge, experience , & organisation to provide real quality from this region of S West France. the domaine also produces a Columbard/SB blend & interesting Tannat based reds...if you are ever in the area visiting the Domaine is a real pleasure In the meantime, keep the secret with the help of the capable support of Hourlier wines !
