I have posted reviews here for previous purchases which have always been the same as this one, so I'll keep it short. We discovered Pierre Hourlier because originally we were looking for glasses not wine! However we are so pleased we did. We know that whatever we select from stock it will be excellent. We are fans of Languedoc and Occitaine wines and the selection is excellent. We are fans of Cremant and again the choice is fantastic. The service and delivery time is great and in the rare event that anything does go a little askew then the service to rectify it is second to none. Nothing more I can say. Pierre and Jean Pierre are excellent and the wine is great.

Lovely cognac, much better than your run of the mill common brand names. And super quick, secure delivery. Highly recommended.

There is no such thing as a bad bottle of wine coming from Jean Pierre Hourlier so you can be assured whatever you buy it will be excellent. This mixed case is obviously no exception. We came to Domaine Villepeyroux looking for Carignan and found an excellent example from them. However we are big fans of most Languedoc/ Occitaine wines so we tried the mixed case. All are excellent. This is the second repeat order of this mixed case. Never disappointed. Now for the service. If you have never bought from JPH you must try it. Delivery is generally two days, maybe three or four if it comes from the bonded warehouse. Delivery is extremely safely packaged, from high quality couriers and Jean Pierre and Pierre are always at pains to keep you informed and to make sure delivery is convenient for you. What more can you want. They are a great find and a fantastic wine merchant/ supplier.

It is so good to have the choice of excellent French wines. I like to look at the different regions for local specialities. The deliveries are efficient. Prices represent good value for the quality you receive. You have found some great wine growers. Enjoyed every wine I’ve bought.
