Was so excited to receive my shipment but when I received it my shipment was not properly packaged; I had peanuts all over my box, my package of pepitas were torn. I reached out to to the company, a whole day had passed before I initiated more emails until I received a response. I somehow got mixed up with another customer and their order. After explaining my issue, no apologies, let us make it right type a thing, like the person who responded could careless- either we’ll refund the items or send replacement items. Just poor customer service. The Chamoy was good, as well as some Mango candy; I also purchased the Fried Wheat Wheels- stale…just so disappointed. I would not order through this website again- had high expectations…saw this company on QVC for Mexican Heritage month, small company type of thing- I wanted to support this company.

The chips are priced a little expensive, the ones I ordered were old for the price. I had to throw them away. Another thing I didn’t like was the multiple emails regarding the order and their website.
