Was charged and never received my order!!

i don't want a coupon. I want you to talk to me about my subscription which is monthly.

The sample pack is too big and too expensive. We ended up hating the drinks from the very first sip so we have 11 bottles that were just a huge waste. The bitter after-taste was just too much.

You haven't provided ANY feedback on when you will ship the order. But, you ask me for feedback on how I like the product ?? How about: you ship, I try, and THEN ask me for feedback.
