incredible customer service - shortly after i placed the order i was updated that there may be a delay in getting the order due to stock and whether i'd like to wait or get a refund. Still arrived in a timely manner

Hasbean has brilliant customer service, always going above and beyond (if you don’t like a coffee or your order is wrong, they’ll send you a new bag of something, free of charge. They also have a useful way of sorting through coffees using a sophisticated but simple filtering system (by location, roast, flavour, etc). I also appreciate their speciality coffees. Often really interesting.
