The first bag of Yellow Pacamara supplied just didn’t brew right despite my efforts. Ozone were helpful, discussed solutions but when none worked offered to take back the remaining beans. Postage was promptly refunded and a replacement bag shipped out after their analysis showed there had been an issue with the roast. Impressive service and great customer support. Thank you!
