My Hamama greens were awesome! It takes a try or two to really get down the timing for when to peel back the paper, my seed quilts didn't really puff up or anything so I just guessed, but after that everything went smooth. They kept in the fridge for a few days, too. The microgreens are perfect for salads, sandwiches, rice bowls, etc., and the tray doesn't take up that much room. You'll need to rotate it every day so the greens grow straight instead of slanted toward the window.

Customer Service is very quick to respond and help as I change deliveries to what I need, when I need it.
